Summary Care Record – Making the most of it
The LPC has commissioned CPPE to deliver these events to help Pharmacies meet the quality payments scheme. This programme aims to develop your knowledge, skills and confidence in using the Summary Care Record (SCR) routinely in your practice, and maximise the opportunities it presents to improve clinical outcomes for patients.
